Temperatures 10C to 28C. The Kangra Valley is lush green, all activities are available, and the Dhauladhar mountain views are spectacular. Best overall window for first-time visitors.

Monsoon: July to August (Avoid for First Visits)

Heavy rainfall. Roads can be slippery with occasional landslide risk on mountain routes. Paragliding is suspended. Bangoru Waterfall is most dramatic during monsoon season.

Autumn: September to November (Best for Paragliding)

Winter: December to February
